Our master chefs painstakingly prepare a carefully crafted lunch/sushi and dinner menu each day, and their practice of the ancient hibachi style affords us the distinct pleasure of offering hibachi options, as well.
Our lunch menu offers long-time favorites punctuated by a focus on sublime sushi selections. Sakura guests can enjoy classic appetizers such as edamame and shrimp tempura, light and delectable lunch choices such as soup, salad, and steamed rice, and combination entrees that include chicken, scallops, and filet mignon. Meanwhile, sushi selections range from California rolls to spicy shrimp tempura rolls.
Our dinner menu at Sakura expands upon our lunch offerings with generous portions and some unique, mouth-watering selections. Guests can open their evening with an appetizer of vegetable tempura or gyoza (pan fried pork dumplings), then dive into a delicious wonderland of steaks, chicken, and lobster for one and two individuals. Best of all, extra portions can be ordered per entree!

White rums, dark rums, tequila, and a range of juices are masterfully whipped together to construct our intriguing cocktail menu. Hard-to-find authentic Japanese beers complement our domestic drafts, and our substantial wine menu features selections from Japan and around the world.
We wanted to make special note of our bountiful hibachi options. We take pride in offering hibachi shrimp, steak, chicken, lobster, tuna, salmon, filet mignon, and scallops for dinner as well as lunch.
